This project fleshes out the rest of the Unified Review Banner, integrating it with drafts for reviews and replies, and adding all the new bits of UI. This project covers:

• The draft selector menu for operating on all drafts or independent drafts.
• Adding/hooking up draft action buttons for publishing/discarding drafts or changing publish options.
• UI for opening the Review Composer/Dialog.
• A stats display for the comments left on the review/reviews.

Mode Label/Draft Selector

This provides a summary of what you are currently reviewing, and lets you switch the banner over to something else (for instance, from all drafts to a specific reply). It will have a label like:

• "Replying to Christian's review"
• "Reviewing this change"
• "Your review request has changed"
• "2 replies"
• "Change and 2 replies"
• "Changes and review"
• "Changes, review, and 2 replies"
