We'll be introducing one banner to rule them all. The new unified review banner is a multi-mode banner that provides not only basic support for publishing/editing/discarding (like we have today), but publish options, a quicklist for comments/replies, batch operations, and more.
It starts off simple, though, giving you an option for initiating a review:
The banner appears as a mix of the review request draft banner and the review draft banner. When the top of the page is in view, it's nicely docked where the review request draft banner would be, but when scrolled out of view it becomes a floating banner.
The Review menu shown on the banner makes it easy to begin a new review. This will be shown whenever there is no pending review of the review request. (We'll go into detail on the modes later.)
The menu will guide the user on their initial review options, which should be helpful for first-time users:
