Send an introduction email
Before the semester starts, we'll start an email thread for introductions. Please reply to this, with the following information:
- Some background information about you and who you are. We want to get to know you :)
- Your development environment:
- OS (if Linux, which distro?)
- Do you have a laptop or a desktop? What kind?
- Experience in the software industry?
- Prior internships?
- Hobby projects?
- Technical experience
- Languages you're comfortable with
- Web development skills?
- Any experience with Review Board, or code review in general?
- Any experience with Git or other SCMs (Subversion, Mercurial, etc.)?
- Tell us about a really interesting project you worked on.
- Tell us about a really interesting debugging problem you had to solve, and how you went about solving it.

You'll also want to get a few accounts set up for services you'll use throughout the semester. The links below will help you get going.
